What Instagram account do I need?
ChatTree is intended for eligible professional Instagram accounts connected through Meta's supported authorization flow. Some features require account eligibility and Meta permissions.
Will I need coding skills?
No. The product is being designed around ready-to-use templates and a visual automation builder, so you can configure common workflows without writing code.
Will ChatTree support Spanish and French?
Multilingual workflows are part of the planned product. The initial language roadmap includes English, Spanish, and French.
Can I automatically message any Instagram user?
No. Automated messaging must follow Meta's API permissions, messaging windows, user-interaction rules, and other platform policies. ChatTree will be designed around supported interactions.
