These Terms of Service govern your use of the ChatTree pre-launch website and early-access waitlist. ChatTree is a planned SaaS product for Instagram messaging automation. Product features described on the website may not yet be available.

2. Accepting these Terms
By visiting or using the website, you agree to comply with applicable law and these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or join the waitlist. You must have the legal capacity to provide the information you submit.
3. Early-access waitlist
By submitting an email address you control, you request to receive a notification about ChatTree's launch. Signing up does not create a paid subscription, grant access, guarantee an invitation, promise a launch date, or require payment.
We retain waitlist registrations for up to 60 days from signup, subject to earlier deletion requests and applicable law. If launch occurs after your record has been deleted, we may be unable to notify you unless you sign up again. You can request removal by emailing hello@chattr.ee.
We may reject fraudulent, abusive, or duplicate registrations.
4. Features and pricing are preliminary
Product interfaces, demonstrations, integrations, templates, feature lists, usage limits, and pricing shown on the website are illustrative or proposed and may change before launch. The website does not currently accept payments for ChatTree subscriptions.
Features that interact with Instagram or other communication platforms, if released, will depend on the relevant third-party permissions, technical capabilities, policies, and availability.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to interfere with the website, bypass its security controls, scrape email records, submit malicious code, impersonate other people, or use automated submissions to abuse the waitlist. You are responsible for providing accurate information and using the website lawfully.
6. Intellectual property
ChatTree website text, visual design, graphics, logos, and other original materials are owned by the operator or its licensors, subject to applicable rights. These Terms do not grant a license to copy or commercially exploit those materials except as permitted by law.
7. Third-party references
The website may refer to Instagram, Meta, WhatsApp, Messenger, or other services to describe planned integrations or typical use cases. ChatTree is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta or Instagram. Each third-party service has its own terms and policies.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how waitlist email addresses are handled, the 60-day retention period, Google Analytics, and how to manage optional analytics cookies. You can change analytics preferences using the Cookie settings link.
9. Website availability and disclaimers
We aim to keep the website accessible, but it may be changed, suspended, or unavailable from time to time. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and preview materials are provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees of continuous access, suitability for a particular purpose, or specific business results.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from your use of the pre-launch website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including rights that applicable consumer protection law makes non-waivable.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in the website, legal requirements, or the launch of ChatTree. Revised terms will appear on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes may require further notice or acceptance where applicable.
